The sauce is easy to prepare and delivers consistent quality, ideal for busy kitchens that want to work quickly and efficiently. Mix 1 part sauce mix with 2 parts lukewarm water and bring to a boil while stirring. Let the sauce simmer briefly over low heat. The sauce can optionally be kept warm in a bain-marie (minimum 65°C).
