The European Union and the Dutch government have established new rules for the single use of food packaging and disposable plastic cups: the Single Use Plastic legislation. The goal is a 40% reduction in the use of these single-use packages, with reusable packaging becoming the norm. With the introduction of the Pickwick hard cup, we meet the market and government's desire to reduce single-use plastic and take a step towards JDE Professional's sustainability ambition. The Pickwick hard cup is made of 100% recyclable polypropylene, produced in Germany using European raw materials. The Pickwick hard cup lasts for at least 400 washes in a professional dishwasher.
