Six Japanese botanical herbs have been added during the preparation, each harvested during their peak flowering season. Sakura blossoms and sakura leaves are picked in the spring. Sencha and gyokuro tea leaves are picked in the summer. Sansho pepper is harvested in the autumn, and finally, yuzu is harvested in the winter, the husk of which is used. The six botanical ingredients are distilled separately to extract the best flavors and allow the characteristics to be optimally reflected in the gin.
