This beer is an 8,5% blonde beer. Oak chips are added during brewing to enrich the flavor. Formerly aged in oak barrels, it is now brewed with toasted oak chips—after the main fermentation, to be precise. The oak chips impart a pleasant vanilla aroma, complemented by fruity aromas and mildly bitter hop flavors.
