A light, very modern cava, much appreciated for its refreshing style; prepared from a special blend of the three traditional, indigenous white Penedes varieties. The grape varieties used in the creation of the base wine for this Cava are Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The harvest starts at the end of August with the Macabeo and ends at the beginning of October with the Parellada. The fruity character of this Cava is mainly due to the low fermentation temperatures, ranging between 14 and 16°C, which preserve a high percentage of the natural grape aromas in the final product.
