Guinness Hop House 13 is a rich beer with notes of peach and apricot. The start is fresh and the finish complex. Hop House 13 is a premium lager, but it is brewed with the unique yeast also used for Guinness. Three hop varieties are added: Mosaic, Topaz, and Galaxy. The beer is double-hopped, once during the boil and once after the brewing process, hence the term 'double-hopped'. A blend of Australian and American hop varieties runs like a common thread through this beer.
