Guinness Hop House 13 is a rich beer with notes of peach and apricot. The beginning is fresh and the end complex. Hop House 13 is a premium lager, but it is brewed with the unique yeast that is also used for Guinness. Three types of hops are added, namely: Mosaic, Topaz and Galaxy. The beer is hopped twice, once during boiling and once after the brewing process, hence the term 'double-hopped'. A mix of Australian and American hops runs like a thread through this beer.
