Spanish wine producers are currently stealing the show in the world of wine. With the most modern techniques, beautiful wines are produced in an innovative way by a new generation of passionate winegrowers in both well-known and lesser-known areas. The vineyards of the appellation Valdeorras are located in the northwest of Spain, part of the Galicia region. The wines differ in style from those of the nearby vineyards in Rias Baixas and Monterrei. The wines from Valdeorras are distinguished by their yellower color and fuller taste. In recent decades, many vineyards have been replanted with authentic grape varieties such as Godello and Palomino. Winemaking takes place according to the most modern techniques using stainless steel fermentation tanks and partly in barrel. The Joaquin Rebolledo Godello has a straw yellow color with green hues. A mild scent and a greasy structure in the taste with impressions of apricot, peach and fennel
