Le Crosare Ripasso from Cantine Lenotti undergoes a special preparation method: a second fermentation in which the skins of the Amarone are added. This gives the wine more color, flavor, and power. Le Crosare has a deep red color and aromas of ripe red fruit. Its taste is spicy, full, velvety, and has a long finish. Ripasso is often called the little brother of Amarone and offers excellent value for money.
