Le Crosare Ripasso from Cantine Lenotti has a special preparation method: the second fermentation in which the skins of the Amarone are added. This gives the wine more colour, taste and strength. Le Crosare has a deep red color and aromas of ripe red fruit. Its taste is spicy, full, velvety and long lasting. Ripasso is sometimes called Amarone's brother and has a very good price/quality ratio.
