Product Description
The Passimento of the Pasqua family comes from the hills of Valpantena in the Valpolicella area. The name Passimento refers to the traditional method of making Amarone: using dried grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are dried in wooden crates for 1 month. The result is an increase in concentrate. After vinification follows 3 months aging in wood. The fragrance features aromas of intense red fruit with spicy notes. The taste is round with soft tannins and a smooth finish.
