The hand-picked and destemmed grapes are fermented for 15-20 days at a temperature of 24 degrees in stainless steel cuves. To promote good odor and color extraction, a daily reassembly was applied. The result is a firm, fruity wine with aromas of cherries and some spiciness that goes well with charcuterie, meat from the barbecue, but also lamb with a light mustard sauce or a piece of aged cheese.
