Traditionally made Côtes du Rhône, where the bunches are destemmed and the grapes ferment in themo-regulated concrete cuves by means of own yeasts. No extraction methods are used such as pigeage and delestage; a single rebuild. The soaking lasted 5-6 weeks. The result is a smooth, fruity wine with aromas of cherries and some spiciness that goes well with salads, barbecued meats, grilled chicken, but also lamb with a light mustard sauce.
