Flink is a very smooth thirst quencher. This fresh pale ale combines a modest alcohol percentage with a sparkling taste. A little wheat malt went into the mix and that makes for a pleasant smoothness. The Galaxy and Mosaic hops, which we hang in the tank after the fermentation, provide a slightly fruity, subtly hoppy tickle.
